Here’s a link to a Canadian society that reenacts the 1750s, the Société d’Histoire In Memoriam. The costumes are very accurate and beautiful and there are tons of wonderful photos on the site!

Thanks for sharing the link! Quebec city is very historic and the location where some of the earliest settlers arrived in Canada. I went to eat at that restaurant - L’Ancien Canadien and I highly recommend it, the food is very authentic. I had wild meat pie and soupe aux pois de grandmère. They also had pheasant on their menu.
