I’ m an artist and it is so nice to browse a genius collection. My interest is color.
So much silvery blues and greens. I’d love to figure out the harmonies and compliments.But THEY ARE SO SUBTLE. So much compliment is mixed into every color to grey things down. I’m fascinated. How beautifullyEighteenth Century french threw out the browns of a century before. Caravaggio would have been loathed for his burnt Siena’s and hot umbers,the subject of’ ridecule’.
