I’m looking to see if there is any value to pictures called The Cameo Creation. I have Duchess of Devonshire by Downman. M me.Lambert de Morigney by Nicholas Largelliere. Marie Cosway by John Smart.

Sincerely,
Carol

I found this blog post about collecting them, and it doesn’t seem like they’re worth a lot: http://thriftshopromantic.blogspot.com/2007/01/fa…

I have “A Cameo Creation” by Nicholas Largelliere of Elizabeth de ??????? The last name is not visible. It looks like an original any tips on how to tell if it orignial. Where to I get something like this appraised?

Please contact me.

Johnny, the “cameo creations” are prints from the 40s or something. From what I’ve seen they’re not really worth anything but if you want to know what it’s worth you should probably go to an auction house. Here’s a blog post I found about them: http://thriftshopromantic.blogspot.com/2007/01/fa…
