Queen of Fashion by Caroline Weber
I got this book for Christmas and really really loved it. It tells Marie Antoinette’s story through her clothes. Lots of interesting information about 18th century fashion, and a very engaging biography. Not the slightest bit boring. It doesn’t have many pictures at all though so don’t expect a lot of illustrations. I highly recommend it.

I just got this at the library, I can’t wait to start reading it, it looks lovely. I’m almost finished with Marie Antoinette: The Journey, which was also very nice.

I tried to comment on this before but it didn’t work so well… I just got this book from the library, I can’t wait to start reading it. I’m just finishing Marie Antoinette: The Journey by Antonia Fraser which has been pretty good.

Your first comment got stuck in some kind of spam catching thing that I didn’t even know this blog had, but it’s posted now!
